Elle Robinson
Executive Director
HomeAid Puget Sound
Elle Robinson has worked in supported living and direct service for over 15 years in care facilities, regional agencies, and housing nonprofits across Washington State.
She spent four years as Executive Director of a supported living nonprofit in Issaquah, securing major funding for affordable housing and leading a 125 percent expansion in service capacity. She partnered with regional builders including Taylor Morrison, bridging the gap between the housing industry and mission-driven organizations.
Before that, she managed operations for a regional supported living agency with 250 staff across 35 sites, overseeing compliance and care for adults with developmental disabilities. Earlier in her career, she worked in long-term care facilities as a CNA, learning the daily realities of the people she now serves at a systems level.
Elle has also guided organizations through leadership transitions and revenue loss, secured grants during crisis, and consulted across healthcare, education, and the arts.
She holds degrees from the University of Washington and Bellevue College, with certificates in corporate philanthropy and contract management. She has lived in Washington for nearly 30 years and currently resides in Renton. She loves hiking and camping in the Cascades and collects handmade ceramics, with a particular interest in local artists who use wild natural pigments and clays.
